In our society, food is not scarce any more. On the contrary, food is available and is easy to get. This leads our children to consume fast food and snacks in quantities that may harm their health and could result in our children being fat and unhealthy adults.
As parents it is our responsibility to feed our children well, and teach them eating habits that will serve them all their lives, and will help them be the healthy and happy people we want them to be. It is not a secret that the food we consume as adults and our state of health is the outcome of the food we had when we were kids.
Cooking for kids is not at all a heavy task. As long as we know how to do it, when we have recipes for children, healthy cooking is easy and fun.
